Responsibilities
Creating and implementing daily class schedules
Monitoring students while they take online classes
Ensuring a quite environment so students can work without any disturbances or interruptions
Enforcing integrity so students don’t cheat during online assessments.
Creating an online lesson plan for each student in the beginning of each semester.
Maintaining daily lesson logs tracking lessons completed by each student. These logs will be then submitted to the supervisor.
Printing out weekly progress reports of students to be sent to parents every Friday.
Setting up a program binder for each student which includes all the documentation pertaining to the student. These binders will be prepared with the goal that they will be presented in the homeschool reviewer meeting.
Organizing a meeting with parents twice a year to help them prepare for their meeting with the homeschool reviewer.
Maintaining communication with parents and staff regarding any issues/problems related to students.
Cultivate strategic relationships with ICH admin leadership, parent volunteers, and other proctors.
Ensuring the wellbeing and safety of children at all times.
Always maintaining a professional attitude in order to be a role model for the younger kids.

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work well with students with various learning needs.

Knowledge of basic childcare principles.
Work Experience
Minimum six months of experience in the field of education, including training in a school or a nursery.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant field is preferred.
